Before you choose

How does the free plan work?

The Free plan includes 3 audits and 1 Beam Link. PDF and Excel reports carry the Beam watermark. No card needed.

What does the watermark mean?

PDF and Excel exports from Free carry a Beam mark. Beam Pro removes it and adds your logo, colours and cover page.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions run through your App Store account. Prices include VAT, and plans renew automatically until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Your plan runs until the end of the current billing period.

Do all plans work offline?

Yes. Capture the site and generate reports without a signal on every plan. Publishing a Beam Link needs a connection when you share it.

What are Beam Links?

One tap publishes the full audit as a live web link, including the report, photos and video. Your client opens it in any browser with no app or login. Links stay live for 30 days, and you can revoke them at any time.

Are Beam Links included in every plan?

Free includes 1 Beam Link. Beam Pro includes unlimited Beam Links.

What happens after 30 days?

The Beam Link expires and its published content is deleted automatically. Need it gone sooner? Revoke it at any time.

How much video can I share?

Each Beam Link can include up to four clips. A clip can be up to three minutes or 200 MB. Beam does not transcode video.

Is a subscription per person, per device or per company?

Per person. The subscription is tied to your Apple ID and works across your devices. Each team member needs their own subscription.
